Make sure you get an itemized bill! She is deceiving and doesn't give you one Shame on me for not asking and trusting her $of the $was in shipping and misc Which put my bouquet budgets way over never was I told about $in shipping! My $bride bouquet is disappointing It's small and you would think for $she would have been able to include brooches that I wanted She charged $for my moms wrist corsage that had flowers on it Make sure you get an itemized bill Your bouquet price that you discuss is really not the price, and the so called $wedding show discount is a joke she just jacks up the price.of the flowers and then deducts $ She would not refund any of the $in "shipping/misc." charge Had I known about this additional expense, I would have never ordered from her A lesson learned

The only resolution to this situation that I will accept is a full refund of the money I paid to ***I gave her money and in return she was to provide me with flowersI did not receive any amount of flowers from ***, even after asking for some corsages and boutonnieres worth the $she already had from meI have the email where she stated she would not give me any flowersThis is not trying to compromise at all in this situationWhen I was at her house on 8/12/14, her only options for me were to either A) take the flowers as they were (and they were not completed entirely, which she stated herself in her response) and pay the remaining balance for them, or B) she would cancel the contractThese were the ONLY options she was willing to give to meThis is not compromising and working with me like she stated she had doneShe knew that even IF the flowers were exactly what I had wanted that I would not have been able to take them that day since I did not have money for the remaining balance which was going to be paid by my future in-lawsShe knew before I had even walked into her house on 8/12/that no matter what I would not be able to pay for the flowersWith the only options she had given me, she basically set me up to try and take advantage of me and keep my money and in return leave me with no flowers only month before my wedding
I paid money for flowers, so I should receive some flowers or get my money backHer contract does state that deposits are 'non-refundable', however SHE chose to void the contract since she admitted she could not give me what I had asked for (and I have a witness who was at her house with me on 8/12/when she verbally stated this)Since the contract is voided now, I am entitled to a refund of my depositIf I had decided to go elsewhere for my flowers, then yes she would be entitled to keep this depositThat is how she is protectedHowever, as a customer, when I sign a contract to receive products/services and then do not receive them I am entitled to a refundThat is how I am protected*** does not get to keep my money AND refuse to give me any amount of flowers for the money already paid to herI offered her a chance to give me some flowers and we could have ended this then, but now that I have had to go elsewhere for my flowers since my wedding is now only days away those flowers would be useless for meThis is why I will now only accept a full refund of my deposit
