compliance call to ensure quality control where one of the questions specifically states that she understands that we are not the Dept of Education. Ms. [redacted] enrolled and subsequently cancelled the service on 8/10. The cancellation was completed on 8/11 and an email was sent, then resent on 8/14. No charges were processed and her file was cancelled out completely.We attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] to confirm her cancellation one more time. If there is anything else that we can do to resolve the issue, we would be happy to take the necessary steps. Thank you,[redacted]
