Both William Harris and James Stavropoulos were extremely easy to work with. They made the entire process easy and efficient. Unlike other companies, they are dependable and when they say they will call you, they are both prompt and do not make excuses like some of the other companies I had considered working with. When I read that covid-related economic risks had inspired the Fed to lower the target for federal funds, I decided to check out refi rates. Long story short, after working past the teaser rates advertised by many lending institutions, I selected Secure One Capital and I’m glad I did. They saved me $348 on my monthly payment and $44,340 on the entire loan, even factoring in the cost of the refi. They also got it done in under a month. Their representative, James Stavropoulos was the consummate professional throughout the entire process. He was well informed about every unique hoop that I had to jump through, given that I’m retired with high equity and low income. He was extremely experienced with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and knew what underwriters would expect before they asked for it. On top of it all he was polite, friendly, and gregarious. The typical grind of financing a home was actually fun working with James. I highly recommend.

I began My Refinance with Secure One Capital on May 29, 2020 and as of August 15, 2020 have yet to receive the Loan payout for the refinance. I have been told that the payoff to the Mortgage Company was to take place on Wednesday, August 12 and the Pay out funds would be in my account on Thursday, August 13 after 2:30 PM> As of August 15 no funds have been received. I had requested that the funds be wired to my bank account at the time of closing. on Wednesday August 5. On Friday, August 14 I was told that the funds had been sent but no funds have arrived in my account. I think that I will need to take Legal action to receive my funds.

Secure One Capital did a fantastic service in helping us re-finance our VA Mortgage Loan. We received a letter from Secure One in February 2020 stating that we qualified for a VA fixed rate of 2.75% (2.99% APR).
I called the Secure One contact number and spoke to Arren B, Loan Specialist who immediately answered my questions. After a slight delay on my part, I agreed to proceed with the re-fi process.
Arren provided me with a checklist of documents that I needed to collect, and in record time provided me with a proposal to help me make an informed decision. I received a letter from Secure One Capital in June stating that I was eligible for a refinance for my mortgage. I immediately called, and was contacted within hours by the staff. We went over my qualifications and eligibility. My situation required some creative parameters involving an existing IRA. Mortgage Banker, Rick A spelled out very clearly the next steps for my refinance to be approved. Though the process took several weeks, I am happy to report that the refinance happened with no questions or hitches. Secure One Capital did a great job handling our ReFi. I would like to get a extra special shout out to Mr. Andy G. He was AWESOME. He did not let the online nor time zone issues stop him from going above the call of duty to offer us focused customer service. He answered all questions, responded to texts and phone calls and was even on standby during our closing session in case there was any issues. If you are looking to ReFi, Secure One Capital is the right company and Ask for Mr. Andy G, he will not disappoint.

I accidentally replied to a letter I got in the mail thinking it was my current mortgage lender. It turned out to be Secure One Capital and they clarified that point immediately. My current mortgage company didn't want to give me a better deal so I took a change. I worked with Austin B to consolidate two loans two one with a better rate. I was presented with all the numbers. It was presented accurately but very optimistically so do all the math yourself and compute your APR and see if it make sense to incur cost for a refi. For example, getting back escrow is not a benefit as you still need it on the new loan. For us it made total sense as we moved two loans to a rental property where we can expense interest and the expense of the loan, and get a better rate. Anyway, Austin entertained all our questions and was overall great to work with. Because or property value to loan amount was good, we didn't need an appraisal and that saved a good chunk.

I was pleasantly surprised. As with anything like this, you go in skeptical - how much is fact, how good will the service be, and even a hint of 'is this really a scam'? Rick A and his team were awesome. They were SO easy to work with. They proactively kept me informed every step along the way (I never needed to follow). Rick was thorough, transparent, proactive, and to me felt genuine - I never felt he was selling me on something. After all was done, I got exactly what he said was going to be done. I cant think of a better combination.

Refinancing can be an overwhelming experience, let alone refinancing during the time of Covid... daunting to say the least! However, we had a stellar experience with FADI M!
