Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved We have received the amended trust document I thank the diligence of new employee Pardeep at Secure Estate Management in Tempe, AZ She was the only one from the company responding to our questions and keeping us up-to-date in a very timely manner However it is a sad thing to have to get a third party, Revdex.com, involved to resolve a customer service issue! A different issue of concern arose during this process – we were told that Secure Estate Management would be able to assist us no matter where we lived in the US We were told multiple times that our sales rep would visit us to handle details as needed no matter where in the country This was a major selling point for us as our daughters live in other states In the end, we were told by the attorneys handling the final paperwork for Secure Estate Management that this is NOT the case The attorneys recommended that we contact a local attorney in the state of residence We had to contact a local attorney to get another opinion! Only after that and several more calls to reiterate our same request did we finally receive the amended trust Regards, [redacted]
We have been working with this client's daughter over the last few weeks to find a resolution to the complaint. We also spoke to the client's daughter today explaining the delay and closing the matter by processing the work to the satisfaction of the family. We believe that this should...

Review: My husband and I have a family trust established through Secure Estate Mgmt. We met with their representative, [redacted], last June 2013 at our home in AZ to make an amendment to our trust. We have tried and tried to reach him for an update with no results. Then we began to contact the main office for answers. We were told the request had never been submitted and we had to resubmit the documents again. We finally got the documents, filled them out and resent with a tracking number. They were delivered on July 30th, 2014. We called again! We were told they were having employee issues and there were firings. To date we still do not have anyone handling this amendment change. My husband is 88 and we need to get this done now!! They promised to call back - nothing. We sent the documents again - nothing. We've emailed again to [redacted] - nothing. Please help us get this change made to our trust document before it's too late.Desired Settlement: We need this amendment change made now! My husband is becoming more frail and I'm not in the best of health. We live near my daughter in Georgia and want her to be our POA not our daughter in Illinois. It is that simple!! HELP!

I could not be happier with the services provided by Secure Estate Management. They have helped me with estate planning and my retirement. I have been with them since 2004 and my accounts didn't lose a dime through that mess in 2008. In fact, they went up some! I have recommended them to my whole family. Recently, my agent reviewed everything with my 4 sons and they were impressed. My sister has worked with them for the past 6 years and is happy also. They do what they say, unlike the previous company I was with.
Review: I have been trying to contact Secure Estate Management for a month now. I have made phone that result in an answering machine and no return phone calls. I have also sent e-mails to several employees of the company, one of whom was the President [redacted] and have also never received a reply. It is imperative that I reach this company to resolve a trust that was set up by my grandmother in 2008 who has since passed away.Desired Settlement: I want someone that handles the trusts for this company to contact me ASAP to resolve my issue.

On Friday a man called my home and said that he was following up with me. I told him I wasn't interested in what he was selling. He said I must of been because I asked to be called back. I asked his name again and he said it was [redacted]...I again told him I wasn't interested interested and wished that the conversation was over. He said it would be for my own good to listen to what he had to say. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he claimed he didn't have one so I hung up. I called the number back yesterday and was told the office manager was on the phone and would call me back...that never happened. This morning I called and asked for Mr [redacted]'s boss and was told there was no one there by that name. I told the girl that he had called on Friday and I still had this this number on my caller Id. She again said no one was working there by that name but offered to get office manager for me. She put me on hold and then came back to say [redacted] was on another line and would would be happy to take a message...I said no thanks (as messages are not returned by her) and I would try back again. I talked to my husband and he said to see if they are on here and to report the man...maybe the owner would like to see how his office is ran. I have no desire to use their company ever after the way I was spoke to on Friday.
