Review: I have been trying for 2 weeks to cancel my residential security service with Secure Elements and they are giving me the run around. They are telling me to call a [redacted] number which I am not getting a response. When I speak to billing they tell me they can't stop billing me until the person at the [redacted] number tells them to. When I call the [redacted] number they transfer me to billing and then billing gives me the [redacted] number.Desired Settlement: They are schedueled to bill me on 4/22/14. If they do, I want a refund and my service cancelled. If they dont bill me on 4/22/14, I just want my service cancelled.
