Review: I received a pre-recorded call to my cellphone notifying me that I could get a free alarm system. First off, robocalling cellphones like this is an illegal practice and I have reported this to the FTC. Secondly, I found out that the free system would cost me $2,000 over 3 years. Nobody should do business with this company which relies on illegal advertising and misrepresenting their product as a "free system" despite the fact it will cost 54.99/mo for a 3 year contract.Desired Settlement: The company should stop the illegal advertising and stop misrepresenting their service.
