Secret Society Tattooing

Hello,Sorry to bother you with this as it is quite ridiculous. My complaint is against a Tattoo parlor. My wife and I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. We put down a [redacted] deposit as well. Our appointment came around for [redacted] on [redacted] and we were simply ignored for over 1.5 hours. We got very upset after no one paid any attention to us, no one said they would be right with us...nothing....simply ignored. My wife was very upset and decided to leave.They are now saying they refuse to return the deposit of [redacted] we signed nothing stating that we agreed to this for any reason and it was not made known to us. The owner then proceeded to be rude with insults through e-mail and subsequent phone call.I want our [redacted] back, this seems to be standard practice with this place and owner as well. I would hate to see anyone else experience this.Product_Or_Service: TattooDesired SettlementI want our deposit back as we received no service what so ever. We wasted almost 2 hours of our time for nothing. Not to mention the rudeness and insults.Business Response [redacted] and female friend came in and was informed that they would be helped out(after she showed for her appointment 25min late) that they would be taken care of. The drawing had to be ok'd by them then final touches and redraw would take place. The customer left while redraw was taking place then called saying how they were ignored. We checked in with them 3 times during this time. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)These are outright lies! My wife and I had a 3pm appointment. I was there before 3pm for my consult and my wife arrived at 3:06 ....nowhere near 25 min late!!The drawing was suppose to be done prior to our appointment and nothing was done....they never checked on us...not once. we NEVER saw any drawing period let alone this re-draw he speaks of.As I said, complete lies on his part ....just goes to show you how they operate and why I complained in the first place!
