I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  While they did refund  the money, as they mentioned in their email, they automatically sent something that I did not ask for.  The resolution was for them to change how their site is set up to clearly make people aware of what they are charging them for and to not charge them for something they did not ask for.  Looking at the complaints on the Revdex.com site, clearly, I was not the only one this happened to.  However, I will never order anything from the company again.
