One of the shadiest ways of doing business EVER. How he has stayed in business I'll never know. Gave estimate, sent guys out to work on roof 2 days later (when no one was home!) before any agreement was made, verbally or written. Sent out an estimate via e-mail after guys started working. Matt Secore claims he had never done anything like this before. His work crew said otherwise.
