Secondary storage

I was charged $86.45 fir a 5x5 storage unit with the intention of relocating/ due to the current pandemic, I am unable to move in from virginia, and I the initial estimated charge was $61.45 ;
I will not be able to move in and ,called the person I spoke with regarding this course of a tragic Public health issue , it would of been considerable to refund my money without further complications. Even a partial credit wasn’t considered, and this business practices during this time ,is malicious and predatory practices are unexceptable during these times . Wow Br
