Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Thank you for your intervention I find it very sad that a customer has to use a third party to get any action from some businesses to settle these kinds of disputes because most people won't take the time or don't know how to use your services to solve issues Unfortunately I think that's what some companies bank on and take advantage of it They also don't bother to train or allow their own employees to solve customer issues I really hope we find the circle of customer service to swing back around where it really matters instead of just being able to take advantage because they know their service is the only option some people have and we're basically forced to use it with hardly any other options
Thank you for your services
Sincerely, *** ***

healthcare providers’ patients. The CarePayment® program provides a vehicle by which a patient may pay off balances on a health care provider account over an extended period of time. CarePayment® is an optional program for persons who wish to avail themselves of the credit offer; a person who elects to accept an offer for a CarePayment® account may elect to close the CarePayment® account at any time. CarePayment® is not a collection agency nor does it furnish account histories to consumer reporting agencies. Our records indicate that on 1/18/2017 Ms. [redacted]’s daughter, [redacted], contacted CarePayment® to request cancelation of autopay moving forward. Our representative explained that we could not fulfill this request as she did not have proper authorization and that in order to cancel the autopay, she would need to submit her Durable Power of Attorney documentation. She declined and the autopay remained active. We apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any frustration experienced and intend to resolve this complaint in good faith. The automatic payments have since been canceled, and two returned payment fees (totaling $50) have been waived. Should you have any additional questions concerning CarePayment®, please contact the CarePayment® Compliance Specialist Samantha R[redacted] at 503-849-1392 or by writing us at CarePayment, 5300 Meadows Rd, Suite 320, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. Conforming payment options are listed on the back of the CarePayment monthly statements. For instance, mailed payments must be mailed with the payment stub to the payment address shown on the payment stub, while automatic payments are offered either by credit card or Automated Clearing House (ACH). Bank bill-pay is not a conforming payment option due to the extra processing days involved.
We apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any frustration experienced and intend to resolve this complaint in good faith. The late fees in question, totaling $175, have been waived.

Ms. [redacted] made a payment through our automated telephone system (IVR) on 2/4/2016. On 2/11/2016, this payment was returned unpaid by Ms. [redacted] financial institution because the bank account number she entered was not valid. After review of payment in question, CarePayment confirmed that Ms. [redacted] bank account information was entered incorrectly; the first two digits were transposed. Due to this user error, the payment was returned unpaid and a $25.00 returned check fee was applied. After review of the situation and in consideration of Ms. [redacted] previous payment history, CarePayment has waived the returned check fee on 2/18/2016.
Should there be any additional questions concerning CarePayment®, please contact the CarePayment® Compliance Analyst Julia K[redacted] at [redacted] or by writing at CarePayment[redacted], Lake Oswego, OR 97035.

On 12/16/2015, CarePayment first received notice from [redacted], an unauthorized third party (i.e. she was not the person who received the CarePayment offer to pay the balance owed the health care provider). Ms. [redacted] requested that CarePayment discontinue mailing her and her household members (including Ms. [redacted]). On 12/16/2015 CarePayment sent notice to the health care Provider, Memorial Owosso to recall the balance so Ms. [redacted] and/or Ms. [redacted] could work with Memorial Owosso directly on the balance owed.
On 12/17/2015, Memorial Owosso recalled the balance and the CarePayment account was closed with a zero balance. On 12/22/2015, CarePayment sent a final statement showing a zero balance. CarePayment has since removed Ms. [redacted] address from the account profile as to prevent any further mailings.
