Second Time Around Tire Sales (Oshawa)

I purchased snow tires from Second Time Around Tire for my ** to be put on my existing rims The service person who did the switch of only one tire broke my lock nut key did not tell me it was broken I was told that the lock nut was seized and would need to be removed by a mechanic I bought a new lock nut key and took my car to a ** dealership where they switched the second tire and I was informed that the lock nut was a little tight but not seized I cost me extra money and a lot of extra time to have the snow tire put on as a result of the incompetence of Second Time Around TireI won't be going back
