I purchased a [redacted] phone from this business. The phone was advertised as [redacted] compatible. The phone I received was an [redacted] phone [redacted] bought out [redacted] but [redacted] products are no longer supported by [redacted] The phone cannot be used on any carrier platform. It is useless.I returned the phone to the seller by certified mail. I have the receipt, signed by [redacted] on 2/12/15. I received no refund. I received no response. When you call the number all you get is an answering machine and my calls have not been returned.This is not a mistake or oversight. It is intentional.Desired SettlementMr. [redacted] has the phone and he has my $50. I want my $50 back. Thank you.
