Hello- may I please get a working number, the number provided on your claims letter goes unanswered every time I called. Very frustrating Indeed! I am trying to provide proof that my car was sold a couple of years back ! You want almost $3K from me! Sheesh!

I was called regarding an accident that my son had close to a year ago.

1. the agent did not read me a mini Miranda
2. zero attempt by any insurance company to contact us
3. no information regarding the outrageous amount demanded (cited and was rude
about HIPAA regs)
4. an expectation that I would blindly pay with no information
