Second Husband

My contract with this company was breached in several ways. Several items in the contract were not completed. Work is still not fully complete (3 months past deadline in contract). House was left in disarray -garbage, supplies, pieces removed were not replaced. Attempts to contact the owner were ignored on several occasions. I attempted to contact the owner for one last chance on 1/30/2020 and response was that his ex girlfriend had stolen his truck so he could not come over. I told him that any supplies would be removed from the house Monday night (2/3/2020). The owner did not contact me since 1/30/2020. I reminded him of this the night of 2/3/2020 and was told "can't do anything without a truck". He made no attempt to resolve the situation.

He requested payment before jobs were completed per contract. The job was deemed completed by him on 1/3/2020. I reached out on 1/9/2020 that I was not satisfied with the job. He said the work was considered "operational" and that he would be returning the following week. There was no contact again until 1/22/2020 when I initiated contact. On 1/23/2020, he said we would speak over the weekend. On 1/30/2020, I was told he would contact me the next day. His response was "got it, we'll get it done".
