Second Amendment Guns

Review: I purchased a rifle from this gun shop in January of this year. The gun was faulty and I asked the gun shop if I could return it. I was told they did not do returns and I had to call the fire arms company my self. I told the owner that this was poor customer service. I have worked in a few guns shops and know the gun business. I told him I would not be doing any more business with him. He then became very rude and unprofessional with me.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the gun to him and get a full refund or replacement.
