This company repossessed my vehicle on June 23rd, 2018. I called and called the 23rd-28th. They continuously hung up on me. They hung up on my friends. They refused to give me any information about reclaiming my vehicle. They told me on the 28th of June to stop calling them, they said they would call me on the 29th to tell me their location so I may retrieve my personal belongings. THEY NEVER CALLED ONCE. They deliberately played hid n seek with my car til I could no longer afford to get it back. Then, I read a BBB complaint from another person with the exact same story. These people know how to scam consumers. They do this for a living...we might have 1 repossession experience in a lifetime. So, who's taking advantage of who here?

To reschedule for personal property pick up. Complaint is false due to that personal property we store 45/60 days until we dispose due to florida law.  we still have the personal property of the unit for the next 27 days.

License plate is not personal property. And its against the law to try and charge to get my plate back. If you don't know the laws then quit your job. Cause I have the penal code for that law. So business is lying scammers to make money.
