[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The company representative in not telling the truthI would advise the company to go back and listen to the telephone call recordingsI specifically called the company and aske for an estimateIf you go back to past dealings I have had with the company (*** ***), I have always requested an estimate before workOn the big jobs I had to sign a contractI would have never let Seco complete the work if he would have called me and said the job was going to cost $400+ dollarsMatthew *** have told a different story about this service call X2. This response does not state the factsThe technician was sent to the property Xbecause the 1st time he di nothing but look to see if it was the proper type of plugI had to call Seco back and ask what services had been done because the air conditioner did not workThe owner could not tell me what was done because he did not have paper work from the technician when I called to inquire about what had been done a month after the service callThere was a total lack of communication An invoice was never received until January, after I questioned Matthew about no one ever contacting meThe invoice was not generated until January The invoice had the billing charge of $with 8/9/invoice date on itThe technician was at the property for less than one hour but you billed me for hours of workThat Fraud! I will agree to pay half of the bill($140.00)

I am sorry this customer is not happy. We are a family owned company and take our satisfied customers seriously. The original call to do work was not requested for price before working. Our service technician arrived to troubleshoot an air conditioner not working. He found...
the outlet to be the wrong configuration. When he went to put the proper receptacle in, there was no wire in the outlet box. He then had to run a new cable to to the panel box. There was work completed and and the air conditioner was working when he left the job. I reduced the bill to $280 because of our possible lack of proper communications with the customer in regards of the call for approval ahead statement. I feel this is a very fair price for the work that was completed. I feel we had authorization from the customer to complete the work. An original invoice was sent on 8/9/16 a follow up letter was sent 10/12/17 another letter was sent 11/12/17. We reduced the invoice amount on 1/26/17. Thanks,Matthew [redacted]
