This company thoroughly went over everything with me before I had to provide any of my personal information which made me very comfortable with the process. They were able to consolidate my student loans as well as get me placed into a income driven plan which reduced my payment of $285.00 down to $36.87. This has made life so much easier financially on a monthly basis being a single mother every dollar counts. I will definitely refer friends and family!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with this company. They immediately withdrew money from my account and I heard nothing from them for 3 months. They never updated as to the processing of my loan and when I would call I would be either hung up on or sent to a person who would take my information and then nothing would be done and no one would call me back. To this day I still have not heard back about my loans and the just sent another request for money we are now at almost 1000$ that they have stolen from me.
