I ordered stuff over months ago and never received itemails and a week later, I keep asking for a refund and they completely avoid my request and start offering me random deals/the same productI have asked numerous times for a phone number to speak to someone directly, and naturally, they avoid that request tooIt is bizarreEither they cannot read or I am talking to a robot!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt withThey never sent me my item, I had to email about times to get a response, they promised me a refund, and then stopped answering me altogether after not refunding meDo not shop here!
I purchased a necklace from DogPawty back on October 6th and I still have not received it
They have no phone number to contact them, nor will they respond to inquiries made via email
I want what I purchased and I have a bad feeling that they are scam artists placing items online that do not exist

Back on 3/21/I purchased items from Dog Pawty based on a Facebook Promotion they were runningThe two necklaces I wanted were free as long as I paid the $for shipping for these itemsI would just need to wait days or so for the items to arrive from overseas, no big dealJust like all of the other reviews and complaints on here, the items never cameI began correspondence with a "Customer Service" rep named Anna G*** regarding my order and after looking into my situation explained that the order was "stuck at the overseas shipping depot and was never delivered"I was offered a gift certificate towards another order or they could reprocess the same order, I'm sure of which was no longer free or under any promotionI asked for my $shipping fee back as the company admitted the order was never delivered, but no longer got the prompt replies I was used to receivingAfter requests for a refund without any response I contacted my AMAZING credit card company to dispute the transactions since I saved all of my emailed correspondence from Dog Pawty as proof that I never got the itemsIt was only then (on 5/31/18) that I got a Refund Notice from Dog Pawty stating that they would refund me $which they eventually didLuckily my credit card company already gave me a full refund for the $I initially paid and filed the Chargeback with the companyOn 6/7/18, I got an email from JAA Holdings LLC (aka Rick G***) who stated how much Chargebacks hurt the company and wanted to know why I filed one and what they could do to resolve the issueI explained what went down over the past few months and since then I haven't received any response from this companyDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYTHEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I placed an order for two natural amber collars (https://www.dogpawty.com/products/anti-flea-and-anti-tick-dog-collar) and one free promotional pair of diamond paw print earringsI was very disappointed to receive the two collars, which were nothing like what was advertised on the websiteThey came in Chinese packaging, with no Dog Pawty logo, and no englishThey smell strange and artificial, not at all like real amber which I had been led to believe that was what I was orderingI never received the free earrings that were supposed to comeI have contacted Dogpawty several times asking for a refund, but have heard nothing back from them
I ordered a safety harness for my dog that hooks to the seat belt back in may and never received itCan not get a response from anyone there but yet they took my moneyThis place is a scam
I purchased a Paw Prints on My Heart turquoise bracelet on Friday, August As this product was a free promotional item, it was stated in my order confirmation email that it could take up to days to receive my purchaseWhen days had passed, and I had not received the item, I contacted customer service on Friday, September I asked to receive an update on my order status or to be refunded for the amount of $A customer services representative responded to apologize, claiming my order was "stuck at one of our overseas shipping depots and was never delivered." I was then asked whether I wanted to have the company re-ship the item or receive a discount (gift certificate) on another item of my choiceI said I'd like to have them re-ship the order, as I still preferred to receive the original bracelet I orderedI also asked for another order confirmation email so I could track the second orderI never received a response from the company, and given this lack of follow up,
Ordered item and paid for it on October 28, As of December 19, I have received no product
Emailed them late November and got no responseDoes not respond to emails and just steals your money
