Sebastian Fierri

Nov 9, 2019 ordered five T-shirts $75 total. Got an immediate email confirmation and my AMEX was billed for the $75. No shirts, no response to emails.
November 9, 2019 I ordered five T-shirts from Sebastian Fierri online for a total of $75. My AMEX card was billed by the company that day.

I received an immediate confirmation from the company and was assigned order number ***. The confirmation showed that I had paid $75 for the merchandise by AMEX card.

On 12/16, 1/28, 3/3, and 4/18 I sent email inquiries as to when I would receive the merchandise and if I was not going to receive it in timely fashion that I wanted my payment returned.

I used the email for questions that they provided in my confirmation email which is:

I received no return emails and the last email I sent to that email address on 4/18 bounced back as "undeliverable".

Both the billing address and shipping address on the confirmation email sent to me by Sebastian Fierri on November 9 are correct. I have saved the confirmation email and can forward as necessary.

In essence, I ordered five T-shirts online from Sebastian Fierri for $75 on November 9, 2019. I received a confirmation but have since not received any merchandise and have not received any response to the emails that I sent to their customer service email address.
