Sebastian Cruz Designs

Review: I placed an order with Sherri Michelle Burke, owner of Sebastian Cruz Designs, on her website www.[redacted].com four months ago totaling $750. Sebastian Cruz Designs charged my credit card for the full amount of the order but never shipped the merchandise. I have been trying for the past three and a half months to contact Sherri Burke or anyone at Sebastian Cruz Designs however I receive no response. I have sent emails, made numerous phone calls and left several voice mail messages which have remained unanswered. I made an attempt to contact Sebastian Cruz Designs via Facebook; my message posts were not responded to and were immediately erased.I was forced to place a charge back against Sebastian Cruz and Sherri Burke in an attempt to recover the money that was charged to my account. I am also considering filing fraud charges with the police department if I do not receive a response and if my account in not immediately refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of $750 refunded to me for the money that was, in essence, stolen from me by Sherri Burke and Sebastian Cruz Designs.
