have serviced my truck here for the past two years and have had decent service for a *** dealershipI called a week ago to make an appointment to turn in my *** lease and was put on hold waiting for a "Finance Manager", after no one answered I hung up and tried back the next dayI was finally connected to some one who told me I did not need an appointment to turn my vehicle inHe said to show up and it would take minutes to sign all of the needed paperworkI showed up today at 4pm and waited two hours to turn in a vehicleI asked multiple times to see a "Finance Manager" and was told they were busyFinally a random associate asked why I had been waiting so long and directed me to the "Finance Manager's" office which we found associated sitting around and talking about weekend plansOnce in the office the "Finance Manager" acted like I had just broken up his frat party and made it obvious he was not happy to accept my lease vehicleBy the time I left I was ready to burn the dealership downI worked for *** *** right out of college (a few years back) and it shocks me that places like Pollard Ford can stay in businessI will never come close to spending a dime at this dealership and will make it my personal goal to make sure non of my family or friends do business at this repulsive establishement
