I have not been contacted by Seay Memorial Chapel regarding complaint ID [redacted]. How sad 
They do not care costumer expiriences with them at least a call, not even nothing to explaine why their work as funerary was not well done

Review: Im came here as turist to visit my father unfortenly during my visit he passed away in a terrible accident I contrated the funeral servise of Seay Memorial chapel by august ** and paid the whole amount to prepare the body of my father to send him to my contry out of USA they knew the plan of send him.they to so long because they said they wanted make sure his gonna be ok. They took 8 days to send him and now my parents receive the body in bad condition. And the funeral there didnt want to touch my father anymore the said there is nothing to do to last a little more. Cementery inmediatelyDesired Settlement: Parcial refund atleast... were always ready and asking when they gonna finish we paid since first day... but afer fivew days they charged another 1500 saying they forgot charge for the flight.They didnt do a good job they took so long for nothing that money I paid I no worth. Need some speak spanish please
