Hello, I have attached tow service repair orders that go over the details of what work we performed and our recommendations to the customer. In our last phone conversation we again explained that the cusotmer would need to address the rust issue in his gas tank in order to solve the
runnability issues. We had agreed and he accepted the offer to split the cost of cleaning the carbusrators once again after he cleaned out the rust in his gas tanlk which he indicated he wold take care of. He made me promise to honor the promise of half price on cleaning his carbs again, I did and that was the last we hghad heard from him. Asking for money back on service work we performed not related to the running order of the bike is not a fair requiest. All work was performed as requested by customer and we were under the very distinct impressionas we had agreed with customer to assist with future work. Bottom line his issues he is now having is a reult of rust in gas tank, this will need to be fixed before the motrorcycle will ever run properly. At this point seeing as the customer has choosen to complan to Revdex.com vs taking us up on our offer we no longer care to service or repair his motorcycle in the future, if he can please find somewhere else to take his 40+ year old motorcycle.
