The relinquishing of the bills to [redacted] sister (payee) is not a part of the? Individual Service Plan (ISP), but we agreed to provide her with copies of the bills? in order to reimburse the company [redacted] ***? is incapable of actually paying the bills for her sisterIn response to the complaint directly, [redacted] recieved the copy of the bills she wanted in a manner that permitted her to reimburse the company in a reasonable time frameAt no time did the company not provide the required and necessary services mandated by the [redacted] .? ? ? [redacted] was initially housed at county home for individuals with DD that was closing [redacted] was going to be placed in a elderly facility because she did not have another place to live once the county home closedMaggy's Home Health Care, through some influence we had, moved [redacted] into an apartment with another one of our clientsAlthough the two clients made too much money to receive the discounted rental rate, the landlord permitted [redacted] to live there given the situation [redacted] went to the apartment complex and demanded that she receive a copy of the lease and that her sister be placed on the leaseThe landlord could no longer make an exception for [redacted] to live with our other client? given the request made by [redacted] was evicted.? Maggy's Home Health Care obtain housing for [redacted] after leaving the other clients apartmentMaggy's Home Health Care:-Put down the first months rent and deposit for [redacted] ***? -Obtain the household goods that were need for the [redacted] to have a residence? -Paid all of the utilities and purchased food and toiletries for [redacted] ***.? Further, Maggy's, did not receive payment for the care of [redacted] for months due to the inability of [redacted] to submit the necessary documentation to [redacted] During the time we were providing these services (free of charge and at our expense) [redacted] would often time come to our office and badger our employees and management staff regarding [redacted] bills, care etc...? Unfortunately, the company could no longer tolerate the behavior of ***, and it was our decision to no longer provide care for [redacted] ***.? She was moved out of the apartment and placed into a nursing home.? ? Amy S [redacted] was given the authority to receive **? checks without my permission from an [redacted] She received a month for either or months! I have no proof of what this money was spent on! I made several calls to Amy to see how much more money [redacted] needed! She never answered my callsI did not go to the office to badger them? only wanted to have her give me the bills! After months a [redacted] ***? who handles [redacted] Money finally came to my house to give me the bills for the lights, gas & cableI paid the rent direct to [redacted] ***! When [redacted] moved to [redacted] I paid the rent to a [redacted] A lawyer told me since I was paying for the bills I could ask for a copy of rent, etcI tried several times to get Amy S [redacted] to give me copies of groceries etc and got no whereAfter the bills would be paid and I made several attempts to get copies she would send me copies but this is after a month or She said in her office that she would be sending them on time of which she never doneI called [redacted] in Columbus to get them involved! The lady I talked to told me to call Kevin J [redacted] and tell him how I was being treated by Amy S [redacted] I really got no where with him its like he doesn’t care how Amy treated me! Its like I’m in the wrongI would like to know why the bills were not sent in a timely manner and where the a month for the **? was spent on who buys one person dozen eggsThe man who was living with my sister should have been paying his share of the groceries! I feel Kevin J [redacted] doesn’t have any authority to tell me I’m not capable of handling my sisters money.? I never had any trouble with the [redacted] for over years & haven’t had any trouble since I’ve gotten away from Amy S [redacted] & [redacted] ***If [redacted] & Amy S [redacted] would have gave me the bills for me to pay it would not have taken months to get my sister money spent down so Kevin J [redacted] is blowing in the wind! I want other people to know how I was treated by both of them and to be free of them & never have to deal with them again! There was a shut off bill from [redacted] in the junk mail at [redacted] ***I went in to see my sister & asked the care taker if she knew anything about the bills & she started looking in a basket that had junk mail in it & pulled the [redacted] unopened envelope out & I said what’s this & she said you can open it, so I did & it was a shut off notice & it was cold outShe text Amy & Amy told her it was paidI bet that bill come up mission I should have taken it somewhere & had a copy madeI regret that!
