As you will appreciate, our first priority is to allocate resources to the original complaint lodged by the customer with our Customer Care DepartmentWe only update Revdex.com (as a courtesy) once the claim has been
agreed and the settlement check has been received - and cashed - by the customer
Obviously, it is not in the best interests of the customer if we are strong-armed into allocating Customer Care resources to responding to arbitrary Revdex.com time constraints in reference to an ongoing duplicate claim of which Revdex.com is not a regulator, nor over which Revdex.com has any influence
As you will be aware, we are subject to strict time constraints and a claims framework governed by the state regulatorThe Revdex.com is not the regulatorThe Revdex.com is a business-model posing as the regulator
