We apologize for the outcome of this service call, [redacted] switched parts distributors in the U.S. which created problems with us ordering parts. The credit card payment was reversed which I do not dispute and we regret the communication problems with the customer.

I apologize for the delay in looking at your microwave, it looks like we had service scheduled and the technician arrived and determined the cause. He contacted the warranty company and they are replacing the unit.

We apologize to Mr [redacted], the service call was set up as COD into our system by Whirlpool, they had contacted us later with a warranty authorization which was setup as a different call number ([redacted]). Our company did not catch that there was 2 different request for the same job made by...

Whirlpool. I am seeing this complaint for the first time today and do apologize for this misunderstanding. The original invoice [redacted] has been deleted from our system.
