Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrK [redacted] has not offered any reasonable solution or compensation for his actions Not only has he failed to provide any service, but he lied about the amount of time he spent meeting with me and charged $to come up with a bill, a basic administrative task That is unethical and reprehensible I don't understand how MrK [redacted] can believe his actions are in any way reasonable or call this complaint fraudulent It is fraudulent to charge $for building site plans, fail to provide building site plans, and then try to charge over $for time he did not spend meeting with me and for the apparently hours it took to fabricate the bill he sent me (at a rate of $150/hr) Sincerely, [redacted] ***

basic administrative task.  That is unethical and reprehensible.  
I don't understand how Mr. K[redacted] can believe his actions are in any way reasonable or call this complaint fraudulent.  It is fraudulent to charge $2000 for building site plans, fail to provide building site plans, and then try to charge over $700 for time he did not spend meeting with me and for the apparently 2 hours it took to fabricate the bill he sent me (at a rate of $150/hr).  Sincerely,[redacted]
