Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to stress that I was not treated fairly in the return process and, no, I was never contacted by this business as far as a resolution is concerned.  I realize this is very politically incorrect,  but since moving to the Renton area,  I have had problems with Asian-owned businesses. Many entrap customers with assumptions the general public makes about purchases and they don't seem to have the concept of generating repeat business. must be returned in an original condition including all packaging. When the customer wanted to return the purchased item, we requested to have the item as well as all the packaging that came with the phone. When all the components were returned, we refunded the entire purchase amount to the card the customer used.The refund was issued to her the same day. Credit card refunds can take as long as 5 to 7 business days to process and show up on her statement.We have addressed customer's complaint and her experience with our staff. Even though the employee was following store return policy, there's no excuse for less than exceptional customer service.
