Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Seattle City Light claims that they contacted me on 1/5/and explained how the reading was calculated, but that's not true Please see the attached email conversation for their reply for my bill disputeIn the reply, they clearly claims that the reading "was based on an actual meter read! It was not over estimated!"Now they changed their explanation and states that the bill was actually estimated and prorated only after I replied their email(1/9/2017, see the attachment) and told them "I already filed a complaint to Revdex.com" So I highly doubt their credibility on this issueNow since they admit that the bill was estimated, I want the bill for both my previous address and current address to be adjusted according to my previous bill history Sincerely, [redacted] **

We spoke with [redacted] on 1-05-and explained that an actual reading was obtained for the account but the reading was from a few days after the move date and then the reading was prorated to reflect the actual date as opposed to the read date Since we prorated the reading down it is a type of estimate but one that moves the bill in the customers favor based on the actual usage that registered on the account [redacted]
