Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The problem has not been resolvedI did sign paper work with the auto dealership when I was purchasing the van because I was lied to by the sales personWho told me the vehicle had been in a small fender benderNot an insurance company totaling a vehicleI normally only buy new vehiclesSo I knew nothing about checking with Car FaxAfter my mother passed away days after purchasing the vehicleI tried to sell the van back to the car dealershipThen I tried selling the van myself on Craigslistwhich is where I had several interested buyers tell me the car facts where that the van had been totaled and rebuiltA fact that was only added to their Advertisement after I complainedI would say this issue is not resolved until I get my money back from the car dealership and reinbursted for tax and licensing I paid on the van which came to about by itself And I paid $15,for the vanThey would only give me 13,when they resale it, even though they have it advertised for 15,So they are going to make more money off the vanI told them I had contacted you and they could care lessThey were very rude to me over the phone and in personThis place needs to be shut down Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The problem has not been resolved. I did sign paper work with the auto dealership when I was purchasing the van because I was lied to by the sales person. Who told me the vehicle had been in a small fender bender. Not an insurance company totaling a vehicle. I normally only buy new vehicles. So I knew nothing about checking with Car Fax. After my mother passed away 7 days after purchasing the vehicle. I tried to sell the van back to the car dealership. Then I tried selling the van myself on Craigslist. which is where I had several interested buyers tell me the car facts where that the van had been totaled and rebuilt. A fact that was only added to their Advertisement after I complained. I would say this issue is not resolved until I get my money back from the car dealership and reinbursted for tax and licensing I paid on the van which came to about 1700. by itself.  And I paid $15,700. for the van. They would only give me 13,995. when they resale it, even though they have it advertised for 15,995. So they are going to make more money off the van. I told them I had contacted you and they could care less. They were very rude to me over the phone and in person. This place needs to be shut down.
