Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Seatac Valet Parking failed to provide valid entry ticket with parking space number written upon our arrival on 10/ Instead, we were advised that the business employee failed to write down the space number on ticket, employee can't remember where they parked the vehicle We end up spending additional two hours with business employee looking for my vehicle until midnight the same day During phone conversation, the business owner committed to locate my car by the noon of 10/4, however no contact was made until I call him around PM 10/ We do not understand how the owner was magically able to locate and attach a photo of the ticket that we have not seen since our arrival on 10/3, four days after I reported my vehicle lost/stolen The ticket can be anybody's without the date & time stamped info. There is no objective evidence from the business owner that my vehicle was indeed removed from their storage and moved to Seatac parking garage on 10/ No entry ticket, no employee/business log, no camera Business employee made huge error not giving us the ticket with written parking space number, and provided unreasonable explanation that she parked the car, but does not remember where It is clear that the business was totally mishandled and made consistent error We also have statement of record that the business explained to police officer which is consistent to my statement Thus it is reasonable to believe that the loss of my vehicle is caused by poor business oversight and practice They are liable for the loss of my vehicle Sincerely,***
