Monday, January 16, Seatac Airport Shuttle S Jackson #211Seattle, W A Re: Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) Attn: [redacted] ***Resolutions Consultant Service Provider Statement:Mr [redacted] ordered on 12/25/a shuttle for passengers for $per person.The pick up date was on 01/01/at 02:30am.He called later to change the pick up to 03:30amWe advised them to keep the pick uptime at 02:30am which is safe; they say no they are fineWe have in our policies,advices to leave the earliest possible (hours before your flight).Due to snow and New Year eve and New Year day casualties and problems, mostservices were down or called off but; we were there.When the driver arrived for their pick up, they were passengers not as said and withluggages We should even have refused to take those extra passengers as they were not in ourschedule but we did took them as we didn't want them to miss their flights.We did the best we can to be there at 04:30am and take them to the airport straightwithout stop and on timeThey were able to board their flight on time but later in ourcorrespondence through facebook, phone calls, they said, they missed their flights; wetold them that we are willing to pay back all their tickets so to forward all expenses to us.We've never heard anything from themWe are still ready to fulfill itWe also are willingto offer them free ride for their next trip Instead to charging $per person, we gave them group price: Base price $72.79and after that $per person So, $+ ($x+Tax+ Tips) $x = $260Tax $ 25.97Tips (15%) $ $328.87$x+Tax+ Tips = $260+ $25.97+ $42.90= $was agreed and charged on thecard and signed by Mr [redacted] on 01/at 05:09amWe have his signature ifrequested We have been in business since and we've never had a problem with nobody Thank you Samuel, Manager
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did change the time from 2:am to 3:am I did call on Friday and Saturday prior to the pick up day to verify the time and amount for the shuttle for passengers as it is stated on the invoice I attached to my complaint There was passengers including myself not as stated by the driver I had to call the company at around 3:am because they did not show up on time, I never received a call saying they were on there way and we're running late The snow storm did not begin until around 4:am in Seattle Sincerely, [redacted]
