I am rejecting this response because: The shuttle was supposed to be at the location at 3:am, and did not arrive until 4:am I never received a courtesy call that they were going to be late and on there way I had to be the one calling every minutes and left me no other choice but to wait, as it was too late for me to get another shuttle service or even Uber Arriving late is not my issue, the issue is deducting over $from my account without my consent on top of the $agreed charge The driver made me sign when I was in a huge rush at the airport to not miss my flight I have submitted the document showing the reservation for the shuttle for $for passengers on my previous dispute and I verified over the phone two days prior to pick up I just want people to know the type of business that is conducted by this Shuttle service which I will never recommend or use in the future

up date was on 01/01/2017 at 02:30am.He called later to change the pick up to 03:30am. We advised them to keep the pick uptime at 02:30am which is safe; they say no they are fine. We have in our policies,advices to leave the earliest possible (4 hours before your flight).Due to snow and New Year eve and New Year day casualties and problems, mostservices were down or called off but; we were there.When the driver arrived for their pick up, they were 13 passengers not 10 as said and withluggages.
We should even have refused to take those extra 3 passengers as they were not in ourschedule but we did took them as we didn't want them to miss their flights.We did the best we can to be there at 04:30am and take them to the airport straightwithout stop and on time. They were able to board their flight on time but later in ourcorrespondence through facebook, phone calls, they said, they missed their flights; wetold them that we are willing to pay back all their tickets so to forward all expenses to us.We've never heard anything from them. We are still ready to fulfill it. We also are willingto offer them free ride for their next trip.
Instead to charging $72.79 per person, we gave them group price:
Base price $72.79and after that $20 per person.
So,
$72.79 + ($20 x13 +Tax+ Tips).
$20 x13   = $260Tax              $ 25.97Tips (15%)  $ 42.90                   $328.87$20 x13 +Tax+ Tips = $260+ $25.97+ $42.90= $328.87 was agreed and charged on thecard and signed by Mr. [redacted] on 01/0112017 at 05:09am. We have his signature ifrequested.
We have been in business since 1999 and we've never had a problem with nobody.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I did change the time from 2:30 am to 3:00 am.  I did call on Friday and Saturday prior to the pick up day to verify the time and amount for the shuttle for 10 passengers as it is stated on the invoice I attached to my complaint.  There was 10 passengers including myself not 13 as stated by the driver.  I had to call the company at around 3:10 am because they did not show up on time, I never received a call saying they were on there way and we're running late.  The snow storm did not begin until around 4:00 am in Seattle.  Sincerely,[redacted]
