Seasons at Magnolia Manor

On November 1, 2019 my fiancée and I were married at the venue. In planning the wedding we signed a contract and paid the bill in full. We were double charged for the flowers provided by the venue. When we brought the discrepancy up to the owner, they ensured us we would be refunded / credited back to our credit card within 2 weeks.
Unfortunately we never received the refund of $696.00. Numerous attempts have been made to resolve the issue via telephone, e-mail and text. As recent as February 2020 an employee of the venue indicated that the 'credit did not go through? and 'it would be resolved within 48 hours? and even inquired how we would like the refund; 'credit or check.?
Since then we have not heard back from the venue despite again numerous telephone calls, emails and texts to the owner. At this point they will not respond.
We do have documentation stating they owe us the refund. Along with several emails.
