In regards to [redacted] complaint, Seasonal Lawn care disputes what was stated in herletterFirst, she claims that she hired Seasonal Lawncare in 2015, when in fact, PatriciaLumsden signed with Seasonal Lawncare on February 28, (see enclosed for signatureand date).Second, [redacted] [redacted] received treatments from Seasonal Lawncare in 2013, 2014, 2015,and spring of Services were continuous each year as per the original signed agreementShe received reminder letters every year acknowledging that we would be out in the springof the following yearShe never called, wrote, or emailed to cancel or alter the lawn programduring the time of through the first treatment in the spring of 2016.Third, as a chronic late payer every year since 2014, Seasonal Lawncare closed her accounton November 11, Seasonal Lawn care wrote off the amount she owed, realizing she wasnot willing to honor the original agreement.Regards,
