Review: Rented a room for our tenants for 3 nights for the main purpose of having a place for them to take showers while the tub/shower unit is being replaced in their townhome that we lease to them on a yearly bases. When they wanted to check in there was no one to check them in.Then when they finally checked in there were no towels/washclothes in the unit. They were told that in order to have towels in the room, the towels would have to be requested. When they requested them they were told it would be an hour before they could have the towels.This is unacceptable. Never in all my 76 years have I ever rented a motel/hotel/inn/ resort where we have had to request the towels!!! The towels have always been there.Now, I wanted my money back so I could get a place with towels and they refused to give my my money back for the next 2 nights because I paid in advance. These people need to be taken to task. I would like to be charged for 2 nights and not 3 nights.To top it all off they wanted cash. I didn't have cash, so they charged me $5.00 to use my credit card.Desired Settlement: Credit on my credit card for 1 night at least.

The problem with complaint # [redacted] has been resolved. They offered a free night which was to our benefit which was used by our tenant to take showers.

Review: On Saturday august 24th 2013 I called hotel.com and a reservation with them for the seaside inn motel to check in august 26th 2013 and to check out august 30th 2013. But I could not make because at the American border they refuse to let my little bird to cross and we have to go back. I called hotel.com customer service and I did explained my situation asking them to cancel my reservation and they did refused. I asked to transfer to the supervisor whom she was mean and nasty and she hanged up in my face and I think her name is [redacted] and the previous agent who transfer me to her his name is Dan.Desired Settlement: It is out of hand situation and as I explained to them I can prove it as it is recorded in the border American side as well as Canadian side.
