I am the advisor for Chowchilla FFA and an employee of Chowchilla Union High School I made reservations for rooms through Expedia.com for the Seaside Inn in Morro Bay for my students who were competing at the FFA State Finals event at Cal Poly, SLO The rooms were paid for through Expedia.com When we arrived at the motel, we were asked for the school credit card for confirmation When we returned to school the next week we found out that Seaside Inn had charged us for the rooms again I immediately called them and told them about the issue I was repeatedly put on hold, told to call back and ask for the manager and generally received no help at all for this issue I then called Expedia.com who assured me that they would handle the problem as we booked through them It has now been months and both Expedia or Seaside Inn has been able to refund the double payment
