Review: In January 2012 I made arrangements for worked to be done at my home. I was over charged $152.00 per window for the windows that were installed at my home. 14 windows = $2128.00 I was also over charged for the vinyl that was put up on my porch and carport. I have not been provided the receipt for those materials so I do not know how much I was over charged. The amounts over charged were for the materials, not the labor. He would not refund me the money owed nor make arrangements to do so, yet acknowledged that I was over charged.Desired Settlement: -I was over charged $152 per window for 14 windows = $2128.00The owner would not provide the receipt for the vinyl and other materials bought for use on the carport and porch ceiling. I paid $1400.00. I was told I would be paying the amount that the owner was charged as a contractor, at " Cost". The receipts would have to be provided to determined the amount I need to be refunded. I would like a full refund immediately.
