the family to redesign. The sales representative was remiss in contracting the family and has left our employment. We understand the stress this has added to the family grief.
We have now resolved all problems with the memorial design and the marker is in production and due to ship the week of November 20th, We are prepared to have memorial set as soon as it arrives.

I, [redacted], received a letter from Highland Riverview Cemetery administrator Stephanie [redacted] on Nov. 5. It was placed in the file of my complaint with the Revdex.com. In the letter, [redacted] apologized for adding to the level of stress our family has already experienced regarding the death of my mother, [redacted]. In the letter [redacted] said the issue has been resolved and the headstone was scheduled for shipment on Nov. 20. As soon as the headstone was received, Highland personnel were prepared to set it. I have been to the cemetery on two occasions since that date, the latest being today, Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 1:15 p.m. There is still no headstone in place.
