Sears Regina Parts and Service

Sears "service" is totally useless. Do not waste your money on it. They do not have enough qualified technicians to provide prompt service. In some cases, they send people who do not know the appliance in question. They do not keep parts in stock in Regina. They order the wrong parts, and it takes a long time--as much as 10 days--to get new ones from Calgary. I went 4 months without a functioning oven a couple of years ago. I now will have waited over a month for my dishwasher to be repaired--and that's if the third visit involves the correct part, finally. If you make the mistake of buying an appliance from Sears, don't compound it by buying their service contract. Use the money to buy a new appliance instead.","neg-1
