My new range was delivered on 10/with a ding and a scratch We took pictures and they took pictures and they keep telling me it is back ordered They will not return my call and it has now been weeks Ticket [redacted] , purchase October 11th

I bought a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator less then years ago and it stopped workingCalled the Sears I bought it from and they said we can only give you the repair number called the number it was weeks before they can come look then they had to order parts another weeks to come back and then it didn’t work still had to wait to come back out and now had to order parts and have to wait another 10’days before they can come out to put the parts on, I called on 08/16/and I still don’t have a refrigeratorThis has been over a month and still nothing when I called my local Sears they offer no help and I told them I paid over $for a refrigerator that isn’t even year old and it doesn’t work and they can’t do anything they said no and I said I won’t buy anything else from them if this is their customer service there response OK!! What happened to emergency service for no refrigerator
