Sears Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Review: Sears came to clean a sofa. They did not do a good job. They have a 30 day guarantee. I called the office and spoke to [redacted], who would not give her last name. She was extremely rude, interrupted me consistently and told me to read the back of the invoice, which I did, regarding the guarantee. She would not have someone come back to re-do the cleaning. I asked to speak to her manager, [redacted]. She refused to give me his phone number and told me that he is rarely in the office. Plus, she refused to have him call me, as my husband was at the house when they came and I was not there. I can't believe how unprofessional she was. This office needs to be reported. Now I have a sofa that still needs to be cleaned. Also, she kept asking me the invoice #. There is no invoice # on the invoice the tech left. So I can't even go to Sears website to issue a complaint. There is so much more to say, but running out of space.Desired Settlement: I would like them to please come and re-do the sofa or offer a refund of $116.63.

We have tried on several occasions to contact them to come and re-clean the sofa. No response. Left message for owner, no response. Very upset.

I believe they are stalling so they can say it's not within the 30 day guarantee, so they are not obligated to honor the guarantee.
