Requested an estimate from Banner RoofingThe owner came out and looked at my roofWithout measuring or asking the size of the roofThe owner/estimator was going to give me an estimate within ten minutesI requested that the estimated be detailed with types of materials and breakdown of labor costThe owner replied, he didn't have time to provide an itemized estimateHe then said he would get back to meI e-mailed the company a couple weeks later requesting the estimateI never received a reply or estimate from Banner RoofingStay away from company that will not provide itemized estimates

Looked at the website and saw that they service Concord so after calling and setting up appt for estimate the following day we recieve a "courtesy call" saying they won't be coming out as they do not service our area! It is listed as the area they serve!
Just want this known to prospective clients
And really that's ok...we will give our money to someone that wants it!
