This is not the first time I've had to use a service for a background check of some sort ... but it is absolutely the first time I've been pleased with the process.

The results were quick and complete. I even had a specific and somewhat out of the ordinary request. I called and emailed customer service ... and the owner responded as soon as possible, and even took time to speak with me on the phone and resolve my needs.

When you go out on the "net" and look for someone to do background checks, I found that most of the providers are bogus. It is "free" until you really try to get information, then what you get is useless.

Not so for this business. Their service is very thorough and cost effective, even when needing to check multiple states. I have given them some unique things and they personally responded to help guide me and provide extra information.

They are knowledgeable, professional, and low cost. I recommend them to anyone who needs accurate and prompt information.

After many attempts at getting information on an item that was listed on my credit report from the 3 reporting agencies, with no results I found Search Systems, Inc. and had the most shocking experience.
