Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowI vigorously reject the company's response and once again repeat that I never made a return trip reservation, and that I received no record of this alleged reservation before I received an email confirmation on 10/26, two days before this alleged reservation I received a receipt for my ride to the airport on 10/18/ I was away from 10/until 10/ and did not have access to my emails until I returned on 10/ I received no phone notification of this alleged return reservation during my time awayWhen I checked my email upon my return, it was then that I saw the confirmation sent on 10/for the alleged return reservation 10/28, and an email receipt on 10/for a credit card charge for this service Evidence that I did not make this reservation is that my driver to the airport told me, upon my asking, that I needed to call the company if I wanted return service If the company thought I made a reservation for the return service, they should have called me, and not wait until 10/to send me an email confirmation thisAdditionally, this confirmation says "Not Specified" for the payment method What does that mean? attached are email receipts and email confirmation sent on Regards, [redacted]
