Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Irregular operations, like lack of communication, SHOULD NOT happen. It is appalling to think that your company policy think that it is acceptable to leave your customers in the dark. It makes me wondering what else you keep from your customers. This was advertised on your website: "SeaPort Airlines is a great time-saving option for travelers, regardless of whether you need to make an out-of-town meeting, conference, or a connecting flight to see family and friends across the continental U.S. We're also a great option for a weekend shopping trip or quick vacation with your loved one. - See more at: http://www.seaportair.com/#sthash.RwpomcOq.dpuf?"That's false advertisement. My experience has shown that it is absolutely NOT a time-saving option and what you charge wasn't less than any other airline company. I have researched the facts about this situation and while understanding the frustration of the passenger on day of travel and the delays-which I apologize for the lack of communication. The original issue for the purchase and ticketing issue needs to be addressed with the travel agent this...
was purchased through. We were not the agents that handled that portion of this situation.We did provide the service that was paid for and again we understand there were operational delays, that while frustrating, would not warrant a complete refund of travel that was provided. As I said, we apologize for the delays and strive to provide on time service, but irregular operations do happen.Sincerely,[redacted]Director of Customer Experience
