Sean Gjerde was paid $3000 to stop a trustee sale and promised me negotiations with the bank. Sean missed the date and lied about it. Has never refunded my money or given me an apology. Has only made matters worse, and then tries insulting me by trying to cover up his actions by starting a divorce procedure I never agreed to start. I found Mr. Gjerde on the internet. he stated that he was a family law atterny, also stated that on his web page. I met with him paid $2,500.00 for his services. he never showed up for my court hearing. I found out from Google that he was disbarred from law practice. His web page no longer exsited on internet. I called his office number and the number was busy for the day. I sent him an email, and he stated that his office was just robbed. and that he would call me back. he never did. I kept sending him emails asking to refund me my money. he never did.I had to pay another atterny another 2,500.00 for services. Desired Settlement: I just want my money returned. I have no job. I had to borrow that money twice to get help for child custody.
