was, “Why didn’t she ask for it on this trip?”It’s not our responsibility to offer insurance, but we do mention it as a courtesy.We have disclaimers on our website and in our brochure that specifies “A refund can be normally be issued for cancellations outside of 30 days from your departure (with the exception of air and cruise tour, along with other special tours which are noted-these are different-ask about details). Within 30 days prior to departure, there is no refund without the purchase of insurance.” INSURANCE: MYERS COACH LINES STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF TRIP INSURANCE. PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PURCHASING THEIR OWN TRIP INSURANCE.We paid the tour company, [redacted], for her share of the trip, and we did not get refunded; therefore, we can not provide a refund.Regards,Judy C[redacted] Myers Coach Lines
